Problem Statement
The concept was to develop a product that provides insights into ongoing company projects. This dashboard would offer leadership an overview of each project's performance, allowing them to monitor progress effectively. With multiple tasks being managed simultaneously, Project View would offer detailed perspectives and help ensure that every project stays on track for timely completion.
Role
I served as the sole designer for this project, taking a simple idea from Clevyr's CEO and transforming it into a fully developed product concept. I was responsible for most of the ideas, content, and visual exploration. Given that Clevyr used Harvest for time tracking, I analyzed its data points to inform and refine my designs.

Approach
I first went through the process of gathering all the information from the Clevyr leadership team on the style and aesthetic that they would like for the interface. Mixing that style with trends in the market, I designed the dashboard page concept based on content that was provided to me.
Final Designs
Once the design concept was heading in the direction, I was asked to build out more mockups for other pages that would need to be accounted for when using the platform. I also created a marketing landing page that would be used when eventually opening the platform up to other users to purchase for their own teams.
